Compatible devices and operating system versions currently supported by Snorefox

To ensure the highest safety and data protection standards as a medical device, we only support smartphone models that have demonstrated reliable results in extensive testing and that are running an operating system version still receiving security updates from the manufacturer (Apple or Google).
The following manufacturers’ common smartphone models are compatible:
  • Apple (iPhone)
  • Google pixels
  • Motorola
  • Nokia
  • Oppo
  • Redmi
  • Samsung
  • Vivo
  • Xiaomi
As long as they are running one of the following compatible operating system versions
iOS
Android
Please check whether you can update your operating system to the latest version if necessary.
Note: Whether your smartphone receives the latest operating system updates is solely decided by the device manufacturer. Some provide updates for several years, while others discontinue them after a short period. This decision is made exclusively by the manufacturers; as the app provider, we have no influence over it.

To use the app, the following additional technical requirements must also be met:

  • Internet connection: Active connection (Wi-Fi recommended)
  • Storage space: At least 3 GB free
Devices not listed here, or running an older operating system version, cannot currently be used.

We are continuously working to make the app available for more smartphone models with current operating system versions.
